What all is included in your fitness programs?

Our Guaranteed-Results fitness programs include an initial starting point consultation with a functional movement screen, goal-setting session, and personalized fitness assessment. This kickstart is $79.00 and includes 14 days of Unlimited TEAM training and 2 weekly small group training sessions. After this 14 day kickstart trial, we will be able to determine which program would best help you achieve your fitness goals. We also offer nutrition guidelines, meal plans and grocery lists, as well as expert coaching/training and ongoing support and accountability to make sure you achieve your goals.

Is your program for beginners and all fitness levels?

YES. Our training programs are designed for men and women of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. All clients are taught the appropriate exercises that best match their current fitness level so you can be challenged, but not overwhelmed.

Our 3-Level fitness program is unlike any other program you’ll find and accommodates every person’s individual needs. Every exercise in our program has at least 3 levels of progression and regression options depending on your current fitness level. Some people join our program already in good shape, and many are out of shape and start at Level 1 then advance forward. That’s our goal! We will help you succeed and reach all your health & fitness goals! Whether you have 50+ pounds to lose, or just those stubborn last few pounds, you’ll find that Tulsa Fitness Systems is the right program for you!

Do you help with nutrition?

ABSOLUTELY.“You can’t out-train a bad diet!”… and we don’t want you to try! We cover a lot of information on nutrition with our clients. We give you meal plans, grocery lists, nutrition guides, healthy recipes, Results Food Journals, and ongoing support and accountability to keep you on track.

We don’t offer cookie-cutter programs and we NEVER just “give you a random workout.” We are fitness professionals that pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, great workouts and providing our clients with the tools to get the best results possible in the least amount of time.

We’re not here to just try and get you tired with the same old boring routines done over and over again like most other fitness programs. Each month consists of a 4-week phase with a total of 12 workouts per month. As you master one exercise level, you move up to the next, more challenging level. And even if you continue in the same level, you’ll never get bored. We completely change the program phase and workouts each month to keep them fun, fresh, and invigorating.
