Clint serves on the fitness advisory board for Community Care College and was one of the founding members of the APPT (Association of Professional Personal Trainers). Clint is a featured writer for the Fitness Expert Network as well as several local and national publications. Clint has become established as the go-to fitness expert in the Tulsa area. Clint appears regularly on the local FOX 23 News as their featured expert on health and fitness.Clint regularly attends local and national conferences, clinics, seminars, and workshops about health, fitness, and nutrition to stay on top of the latest research and continue his education.
When not busy helping others improve their health & fitness, he enjoys working out regularly himself, hunting & fishing, reading, and spending time with his wife Kara and daughters, Kinley and Campbell.
In 2017, he received his fitness certification in CFSC (Certified Functional Strength Coach). He chose the fitness field because he loved playing sports growing up and developed a love of fitness. His favorite sports are football, basketball, and baseball and UFC. He still loves to play sports when he can, watch them and talk about them?
Jacob also loves travelling the US and abroad. He is always planning and looking forward to his next trip. He really enjoys talking and getting to know our TFS clients and he wants to help get the most out of their workouts here at TFS and attain their fitness goals.
Her lifelong passion for fitness and nutrition and knowledge of clinical nutrition and disease prevention provide a major asset to clients of Tulsa Fitness Systems.
Kara enjoys working out herself, spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading, and just hanging out at home with Clint and daughters, Kinley and Campbell.
After graduating from high school, he went on to Oklahoma State University. He was active in the fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta (Fiji). In May 2016, He graduated with a B.S. in Health & Human Performance (Exercise Science). He interned at TFS and he has been a trainer here ever since. Travis truly cares about his clients and wants to help them live a healthy and fit lifestyle for the rest of their lives!
Travis’ goal is to make the fitness lifestyle as much fun for everyone else, as it is for him. Like Clint says, “Fitness is a journey, not a destination.” If fitness is a journey, why not make that journey as fun and enjoyable as possible?
