Small Group is offered to clients 1-3 times/week and is by appointment only so it provides added accountability. SGPT focuses on your true strength and you will experience a different workout each session. SGPT gives you the opportunity to focus on pushing yourself individually but also draw from the energy of your small group. Our Small Group Personal Training sessions run from $189 to $339/month.
