Clint and Kara Howard
With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Clint and Kara are passionate about empowering Tulsans to reclaim their health and fitness. Their mission is to make fitness accessible and achievable for everyone, regardless of their starting point. Clint, a fitness expert and coach, specializes in functional fitness and personalized training programs that help clients lose body fat, build muscle, and stay motivated. He loves helping members achieve sustainable results through a combination of strength and cardio training, and flexibility/mobility. He also loves helping athletes with golf, tennis, and baseball fitness training. Clint has a B.S from the University of Oklahoma in Health and Sport Science and a M.S., also from the University of Oklahoma, in Exercise Physiology. He has all 3 levels of the Titleist Performance Institute training, as well as OnBase Baseball Training, and RacquetFit Tennis Training.

Devon Tuttle
Devon Tuttle attended Glenpool High School and started loving fitness in high school. He spent 3 years working out before deciding to make fitness more than just a hobby. After high school, he went to the University of Oklahoma. He joined the powerlifting team at OU and learned how to compete and grow his own strength. Now, he loves helping others lead a healthy lifestyle and making fitness as exciting as possible! Devon graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.S. in Health and Exercise Sciences, and a minor in communications! After graduating in 2023, Devon got married to his wife Hannah! He is also a certified personal trainer through ISSA as well as a NCCPT certified trainer. He loves working with members and training group personal training sessions and private personal training sessions at Tulsa Fitness Systems. In his free time, he loves to hang out with his wife and two dogs, disc golfing with buddies, and of course working out!
