50 STRONG Challenge
The 50 STRONG Challenge is a 50-Day Fitness Jumpstart Challenge that includes unlimited group personal training, nutrition coaching and accountability. All sessions are held in-person at Tulsa Fitness Systems, located in between Jenks and Tulsa Hills.

Due to the rules of 50 Strong this program may not be for everyone, they are all simple rules but do require some discipline, ha!
